Ai Art - How We Use Ai Software

❆ We use the Ai software such as Midjourney or DALL·E to create entire whole finished artwork designs with command and text prompts only - typically developing and tweaking generated designs to align with our creative ideas over multiple image processes.

❆ We also use and upload to the Ai software our own original human-handmade drawings (e.g. sketches), photographs, photo manipulation digital art designs (Photoshop) etc as reference art for the Ai system as part of the creative process for some of our art prints.

❆ For some of our prints we also use Ai software to develop and explore our concept art ideas as inspiration for our Photoshop digital artworks or for use in our artwork as image stock. For example, as background scenes, characters, textures, overlays or other scene elements (e.g. a tree) etc in our Photoshop digital artworks.

❆ When we create our Ai art prints that we list for sale we do not use text prompts or commands in the Ai software for artist's names or their own original styles (e.g. Banksy) unless is copyright free to use (e.g. Rembrandt).

❆ We also do not upload any images (e.g. photographs) or artworks (e.g. paintings) ourselves that have been originally made by other artists as reference for the Ai software unless the artwork is our own original handmade designs (drawings etc), licensed to us as paid for image stock or under creative commons license use so copyright free.
